Architecture, Security & Sovereignty

Coopera is designed as a distributed, service-based platform that can operate in customer-controlled or cloud environments while keeping security, identity, tenancy, observability and operational governance consistent across the platform.

ARCHITECTURE & OPERABILITY

Distributed by design. Operated as one platform.

Coopera uses a distributed service architecture so runtime responsibilities can evolve and scale without turning the platform into a collection of disconnected applications. The Foundation provides the common services used across every Capability Pack and every Living Business Object.

Distributed Service Architecture

Independent services with clear responsibilities support controlled evolution and workload-specific scaling.

API, Events & Messaging

Synchronous and asynchronous interaction patterns connect platform services and support event-driven operations.

Persistence, Content & Search

Structured data, content storage, indexing and retrieval are shared platform services available across capabilities.

Scalability & Fault Isolation

Services can scale according to workload while distributed boundaries help isolate failures and limit their impact.

Observability

Health monitoring, centralized logging and distributed tracing provide visibility across the runtime environment.

Availability & Recovery

Deployment architectures can be designed around the availability, redundancy and recovery objectives required by the target environment.

SECURITY ACROSS THE OPERATION

Security does not stop at login

Enterprise operations require security at several levels: who the participant is, which tenant and organization they belong to, which objects and content they can access, and which actions they are permitted to perform in the current operational context.

Internal, external, guest and service identities can integrate with enterprise identity environments, with groups, organizational units and custom claims adding operational context.

Being allowed to see an object does not automatically mean being allowed to act on it. Actions can depend on identity, permissions and the object's current condition.

Tenant-aware identity, configuration and data boundaries remain consistent across shared platform services.

Roles, groups, claims and direct object-user privileges control access to Living Business Objects and their governed information.
